Sex in particular isn't as taboo to even practice, but it's even less important to hide from kids. Drugs are kinda a big deal (they don't have a "war" though), but again, they don't try and hide it from kids or pretend it doesn't exist.

Fascinating was the differences in ratings. The ESRB has indicators for Blood, Intense Violence, Nudity, Sexual Content, Strong Language, Use of Drugs.

The European Version? Just violence and "bad language".

I guess sex and drugs are no biggie over there.
