I have to post this because I'm still wondering how I made this shot. Mostly because all I was hearing in my headphones was "THERE IS ONE ON THE RIGHT!! HE IS ALMOST THERE!!" And that was when I picked the cannon up :-D

Totally true. I imagine once everyone has better gear that a three phase kill will be possible. Some enterprising self-res warlocks will likely do a "no pillars" run.

They switched up the death mechanic from his insta-wipe AoE. The attack immediately reduces your Super bar by a pixel or two at the time of death, making it impossible to self-res. Maybe if you were standing on an orb when you died, though…?

I forget what I was doing to be so late to that one…

After you slammo the boss the third time and dps the crap out of him, he does an AOE nuke of the whole area, and you're only safe if you're standing on one of the four glowing towers. So the video is from someone standing on the tower while Beorn and Wildthing apparently don't quite make it in time. This is why you want higher agility, guardians!

It also happens when you miss a servitor. Ideally you want it to happen after the third round of DPSing :-)

Well yeah, but if you miss a servitor and have to use a pillar, you won't have enough pillars left to survive long enough for your dps to kill the boss, so it's basically a wipe any time a servitor is missed.

Actually, depending on your DPS, it isn't necessarily a wipe. You get 5 rounds for DPS, where the 5th he enrages. It's possible to get him to a point on the 4th round where he goes back to his "throne" to finish him off. I mean, I haven't done it, but we came close a couple times.

You have like two weeks to get to the platforms after third teleport. The farthest folks should pre-emptively push towards middle during the third damage phase (should do that anyway for WoL Bubbles...
