On our raid run last night, we did character swapping after the death zamboni to get the key fragment chests in the jumping area before the Zamboni and in the pipe after the zamboni.

Unfortunately, do to party and connection issues, we don't know if the reward chest after the drop is available. we dinked around too long and it despawned. But the fragment chests were always there.

Assuming it works, remember that you can swap SIVA Key Fragments around with apps, but not the keys themselves. Either way, try to have a few spare keys on each character if possible.

Also, you can join the raid on an alt, even if you haven't unlocked it. As long as the party lead has it unlocked, and you are of a high enough light level.

My Hunter had a Raid completion before she ever set foot on the base of Felwinter Peak. :P

I got a 365 thunderlord from a fragment chest as well. Another reason to character swap.

I managed to defy RNG and get three (technically four with the OWL chest) exotics three chests in a row. They're all exotic chests!

So you can seriously stock up on key fragments at every point in the raid.
