I logged in right after the patch dropped (10 AM PDT) and blues decoded at 365, purples at +1/2 over light level, which for me has been between 372-378, where before they were always 365.

Horn Relays from Sparrow Racing League are no longer used to upgrade Rare Quality Horns. These items can be discarded. All players will receive 15 Silver Dust as compensation for this change to Horn Relays

Several items from 2015 events have been removed. Paper Glue from Festival of the Lost 2015 now shards into 1 Silver Dust

Since we don't know anything more yet, I realise I'm definitely being a big cynic. But that looks to me like we can expect even more Silver dust-related shenanigans in SRL and FotL. Huzzah ;_;

I wonder if this is their band-aid fix to being able to dismantle infinite Gjaller Horns to get Horn Relays to make your temp SRL horns permanent? Also, WOOT my stockpile of Horn Relays (thanks to the above exploit) is now worth a fortune in silver dust!

Once you get your hands on the Y2 version, the price of that item from the exotic kiosk swaps from 150 Legendary marks to 1 exotic shard and 2500 glimmer.

To clarify, yes the above has always been how the kiosk works. You might not have noticed it if you weren't looking closely at items you already owned.

Missed that little detail. 8 exotic engrams and several faction packages later, I've got a whole bunch of 385 gear :-/

I would be decrypting and equipping/infusing one by one...

User error, mayne.

I did do it one by one. I just figured I was having crappy RNG luck, as I often do, or that perhaps the engrams were hitting the previous 385 limit because that's when I'd earned them.

No big deal. I'm not going to be loosing sleep over it. Just another example of how the "levelling up meta game" and I don't get along :)
