SIVA tends to make symmetrical polygons, and those ships have a elongated diamond shape. SIVA "enemies" are just Fallen, so they don't match the enemy silhouette in the concept art either.

Looking at the festival of the lost SIVA mask reminded me of the big triangle ships from the concept art so long ago. Was there ever a solid theory on what they were? Because the siva geometry sure feels related to them.
