The tech industry aggressively hires from overseas. Open immigration is to their benefit.

From a legal standpoint I'm not sure if these suits have any merit. I'm sure the PR plays well with certain groups however.

Some of them are cited as witnesses in the original suit and have been legally advised to not sign onto this brief. Amazon is one of those companies.

The real interesting thing is that apparently Microsoft owns 10% (or more) of Bungie's stock!

But not unexpected, I suppose. I've always been curious about the details of Bungie's re-independence.

I hear there's a book in the works about Bungie's history which will cover that among other things :-p
